Since August, Ukrainian Red Cross psychosocial support activities have been held at a new location in the Onufriivka Geriatric Nursing Home

Volunteers from the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Unit of the Kirovohrad regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross conduct creative activities and active games in a safe and supportive environment. 

These activities help participants calm down, improve their emotional well-being, and foster communication with their peers. It is crucial that they feel supported and valued. Older individuals may find it more challenging to adapt to change and often need extra support, particularly due to loneliness.
