Assistance to Those Affected by the 10 September 2024 Attack on the Cherkasy Region

On the night of 10 September 2024, approximately 15 Russian attack drones were shot down during an air raid in the Cherkasy region. Several areas were hit, resulting in injuries and damage to homes and private businesses. Additionally, dry grassland caught fire. 

The Cherkasy regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross is actively assisting those affected by the attack. Their efforts include providing materials to temporarily cover broken windows and doors, assessing needs for further supply provision, and offering psychological first aid to those in need.
