Psychosocial support is an important part of the Ukrainian Red Cross’s work in Ukraine.  

The war is ongoing, and there is no place in Ukraine where you can feel safe,” says Anna Didenko, Head of the Rehabilitation and Support Department.  

“Even when the war in Ukraine ends, it will take decades to help people fully recover. When we think about mental health and psychosocial support, we need to think about long-term planning.”
