More than 100 people participated in a blood donation campaign in Kharkiv

The event was organised and conducted by the Kharkiv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross to mark Kharkiv City Day. Over a hundred concerned individuals came forward to donate their most valuable asset—their blood. Some also donated blood components, which are crucial for patients requiring complex treatments.

Blood donation is a simple yet vital way to help others. Timely blood transfusions can save lives, including those of pregnant women experiencing complications during labour, road accident victims, seriously ill patients, and the wounded.
