Free retraining from the Ukrainian Red Cross: 125 participants are embarking on new professions

More than 125 participants from different parts of the Ternopil region have already taken advantage of a unique opportunity to change their lives through the Reboot project. This initiative, implemented by the Ternopil regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross with the support of the Spanish Red Cross (@Cruz Roja Española) and the @Swiss Red Cross, offers free retraining to vulnerable populations.

Participants have already acquired new professions, such as hairdresser, massage therapist, pastry chef, teacher’s assistant (inclusion), and tailor. Additionally, they have improved their skills in the Ukrainian and English languages and are continuing their studies in digital literacy, BAS accounting, and driving (categories B and C).

This project provides knowledge and fosters a supportive and motivating environment where participants can connect with like-minded individuals and feel part of a large community.

The main goal of the Reboot project is to expand employment opportunities for individuals who need retraining or seek new professional education. It offers everyone a chance to find a decent job in their city and broaden their horizons.

For information on how to participate, please contact the Ukrainian Red Cross national hotline at 0 800 332 656.
