Sumy. This morning, Russia attacked the civilian infrastructure of the city

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the strike set fire to ten civilian cars parked in a car park next to residential high-rise buildings. The blast wave also damaged the facades and shattered the windows of the buildings.

The Ukrainian Red Cross team is working at the scene. The Sumy emergency response team arrived promptly at the scene of the attack. An aid station has been set up to provide psychological support and other assistance to residents of the damaged buildings.
