Odesa. Yesterday evening, the Odesa emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross, in coordination with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the Disaster Medicine team, responded to a fire in the centre of Odesa.
Volunteers promptly provided first aid to three people injured by the blast wave: two residents of the building and a grain truck driver who was nearby. One of the victims was hospitalised in a moderate condition. The volunteers also provided five packs of drinking water to the first responders from the State Emergency Service while they were extinguishing the fire.
