In the Rivne region, the 10th evacuation train arrived from the Donetsk region
This time, 114 people were met, including 21 children and 10 people with disabilities. Since the beginning of the year, the region has provided shelter to 320 people in the communities of the Rivne and Sarny districts.
The team from the Rivne regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross greeted the evacuees at the railway station. Volunteers assisted with carrying belongings and helped people with limited mobility and women with children to disembark from the train. Alongside psychologists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the volunteers offered psychosocial support to children. They also provided tea and snacks to those who had travelled a long distance to find a safer place to stay.
We stand by those in need.
