Since August, six mobile health units of the Ukrainian Red Cross have been operating in the Odesa region
A mobile health unit of the Ukrainian Red Cross has started providing medical consultations in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district. The team comprises a family doctor, nurses, and a driver who visit communities with limited access to medical services in a specially equipped vehicle.
During these visits, the specialists from the mobile health unit offer free medical consultations and health check-ups, measure blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood oxygen levels, prescribe treatment regimens, dispense over-the-counter medications as needed, and issue referrals to specialist doctors, among other services.
We stand by those in need.
