Transporting people with limited mobility to hospitals in poor weather

During the heavy rainfall in Rivne, volunteers of the emergency response team of the Rivne regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross supported vulnerable populations. They assisted people with limited mobility in reaching medical facilities. 

Individuals were transported in specially equipped vehicles to hospitals for examinations or treatment and then back home. This service provides crucial support for those who can move only with assistive devices or are confined to their beds.
