UK Ambassador Martin Harris visited the Kryvyi Rih branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross
In a region marked by frequent shelling and air raids, where people are forced to relocate and may require various types of assistance, the support of our team is extremely important.
During the meeting, Maryna Matyrka, head of the Kryvyi Rih branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, presented the organisation’s activities and spoke about the work of volunteers who dedicate their time and efforts to helping others daily.
Martin Harris noted that Great Britain will continue to support Ukraine in its humanitarian efforts. He also expressed his readiness to help attract additional resources and international initiatives aimed at improving the living conditions of Ukraine’s most vulnerable populations.
