The Ukrainian Red Cross mobile rehabilitation units have begun operations in the Ivano-Frankivsk region

The Japanese Red Cross will support the operation of mobile rehabilitation units in the region. 

This is an important step in providing the necessary assistance to the region’s residents who need physical rehabilitation services. As part of this initiative, Yelyzaveta Moroz, Rostyslav Bondar, and Vira Voronova – leading physical rehabilitation specialists, technical advisers, and supervisors of mobile rehabilitation units – visited the Ivano-Frankivsk region. 

The purpose of their visit was to share best practices and improve the staff’s skills, marking the beginning of developing rehabilitation services in the region. This effort represents a new stage for our team in supporting and assisting residents of the Ivano-Frankivsk region, which will improve their quality of life, help with social adaptation, and receive additional free services after discharge from the rehabilitation centre.
