A psychosocial support event was held for people who fled the Luhansk region and found refuge in the Rivne region
The family event was organised by volunteers of the Rivne city branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross for residents from the Luhansk region to support their psycho-emotional state. The relocation, loss of homes, and temporary occupation of their native land can cause significant stress for individuals, impacting their mental and physical health.
Through simple yet effective breathing exercises and creative activities, volunteers assisted participants in alleviating the emotional stress caused by the relocation and adjusting to new living conditions. This initiative aims to enhance overall well-being and improve quality of life.
We stand by those in need.
