Event for families of missing persons held in Ternopil

Event for families of missing persons held in Ternopil

A highlight of the event was a creative activity called “My Inner World”, during which postcards from light clay were crafted. Participants put their heart and soul into their work, expressing their emotions and feelings. After the creative session, everyone gathered to enjoy pizza, sweets, and drinks. But the day didn’t end there! The participants went on an excursion on the SIGMA motor ship across Ternopil Lake. For an hour, children and parents had the opportunity to admire the picturesque scenery.

The feedback from the participants was sincere and touching. They emphasised the significance of such meetings during these challenging times. Such moments give hope, support, and strength to continue fighting for the return of their loved ones.

Social events for families whose relatives are in captivity or missing are organised by volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross Tracing Service. The goal is to provide psychosocial support and emotional relief to families who live in uncertainty about the fate of their loved ones.

We thank the families for their trust! Together, we are stronger!
