Working Meeting with the Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration

The Head of the Civil Protection Unit of the Department of Emergency Management and representatives of the Vinnytsia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross participated in a working meeting with the Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia regional military administration. 

During the meeting, the participants discussed several important issues, primarily focused on expanding the operational aspects and capabilities of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the region. This included enhancing its involvement in emergency response activities and furthering cooperation within the civil protection framework. 

“The Ukrainian Red Cross already possesses the capacity to respond to emergencies on a larger scale. The organisation has agreements with our key partners who are ready to finance the necessary expenses,” assured Oleksii Borodai, Head of the Civil Protection Unit of the Emergency Management Department of the Ukrainian Red Cross. 

“The Vinnytsia regional military administration is ready to provide all the necessary information for effective cooperation. We will continue communicating and working out the necessary mechanisms,” summarised Andrii Kavunets, Deputy Head of the Vinnytsia regional military administration.  

Representatives of the Vinnytsia regional military administration thanked the Ukrainian Red Cross for the assistance provided since the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
