In Kherson, People Aged 60+ Continue to Receive Food Parcels

Volunteers of the Kherson regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, in cooperation with the UN World Food Programme, continue to provide food parcels to the most vulnerable populations in Kherson.

“Today, we continue to distribute food parcels to the population of Kherson. It should be noted that this type of assistance is extremely important for people aged 60+, as it is not always possible to buy food due to shelling and war. One food parcel distributed by our volunteers contains long-term storage products and consists of canned meat, pasta, oil, and sugar,” stated Svitlana Shcherbyna, the WFP Coordinator at the Kherson regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross.
