July 10, 2024: Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross
ANNOUNCEMENT
The Vinnytsia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross will hold an extraordinary conference on July 10, 2024.
The meeting will commence at 11:00 a.m. in the conference hall of the France Hotel, located at 34 Soborna Street, Vinnytsia.

- Electing the Chairman and Secretary of the Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Authorizing the Chairperson and Secretary of the Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society to sign the minutes of the conference.
- Electing the Mandate Committee of the Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Electing the Counting Commission of the Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Determining the rules of procedure for the Extraordinary Conference of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Determining the number of members of the Board of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Electing the members of the Board of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Determining the number of members of the Audit Committee of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Electing members of the Audit Committee of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society.
- Amending the proper names of the abbreviated names of the Vinnytsia Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society in Ukrainian and English.
- Determining the person authorized to represent the NGO for registration purposes.
Members of the Red Cross Society who have paid their annual membership fees no later than May 10, 2024, operate in the Vinnytsia region, and wish to participate in the Extraordinary Conference should register by July 1, 2024.
