Along with the First Responders of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Cherkasy Region, Volunteers of the Cherkasy Regional Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Taught Students Safe Behaviour

The students learned about the specifics of firefighters’ work and got acquainted with the equipment and gear used by first responders in emergency response. At the Ukrainian Red Cross volunteers’ station, boys and girls learned about safety protocols in case of detecting explosive devices and discussed various types of explosive items. 

We would like to remind everyone of the life-saving rules to follow upon detecting explosive items: 

• Stop.  

• Do not panic.  

• Do not touch.  

• Call 101 or 102.
