In Kamianets-Podilskyi, the Ukrainian Red Cross Psychosocial Support Centre Hosted an Event for Women Who Were Forced to Leave their Homes

Classes incorporating elements of creativity and utilizing a special methodology were conducted together with a psychologist as part of integrating mental health and psychosocial support into the area’s activities.

Neurographics is a method that allows you to change the process of understanding problems, look at them from a different angle, and find solutions.

The event was led by psychologist Tetiana Sychova, a specialist in neurographics. In 2022, she was forced to leave Mariupol and later joined the Ukrainian Red Cross team in Kamianets-Podilskyi. Now, she organises events for like-minded people and anyone who needs support.
