This Week, a Series of Psychosocial Support Events for Children Took Place in Chornomorsk, Odesa Region

The volunteers of the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Unit conducted classes incorporating creative elements such as ‘Cosmonaut’, ‘World of Games’, ‘Amphora’, ‘Making Rubber Band Bracelets’, and ‘Pyramids’. The primary objective was to establish a safe space for participants, enabling them to engage in group activities, express their imagination, and share their emotions. 

In challenging times, children may require support and guidance on how to manage negative emotions. These sessions provide them with the opportunity to learn self-care techniques, redirect their attention, and achieve a sense of calm.
