Assistance to Those Affected in Kharkiv
Kharkiv. Russia launched another missile attack on the city around midnight.
The attack struck a five-storey building, causing damage to more than 20 other residential buildings and destroying a private enterprise. So far, 23 people have been reported injured and 5 killed.
The emergency response team of the Kharkiv regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross was working at the site of the attack together with other emergency services. Volunteers provided first aid to the wounded residents; two people with shrapnel wounds were transported to medical facilities in the city. In addition, the emergency response team, together with volunteers from the psychosocial support team, provided psychological first aid to the victims.
