The Ukrainian Red Cross Participates in the European Public Health Week in the Rivne Region

Recently, the Rivne Regional Centre for Disease Control and Prevention, together with the Rivne Regional Charitable Foundation ″Our Future″ and the Rivne regional and city branches of the Ukrainian Red Cross, held a street campaign on the square near the Drama Theatre. 

The campaign aimed to remind people of the importance of maintaining good health. Participants had the opportunity to check their sugar and cholesterol levels, measure their body mass index and blood pressure, and undergo testing for HIV and hepatitis C. Instructors from the Ukrainian Red Cross provided training in first aid skills, while psychosocial support specialists discussed ways and methods of caring for mental health.
