Renovation of the Rehabilitation Centre in Borodianka
The Centre for Social and Psychological Rehabilitation in Borodianka was constructed in the 1980s. Despite its modest size, approximately 1,000 square meters, it played a crucial role in helping numerous Ukrainians reintegrate into normal life every year. Unfortunately, this institution was completely destroyed at the onset of the full-scale invasion.
After reconstruction, the Ukrainian Red Cross, with the support of the Luxembourg Red Cross, arranged for the rehabilitation centre’s gym to be fitted with the latest modern equipment. We are making every effort to ensure that both civilians and soldiers can adapt as quickly as possible and live without traumatic experiences.
