The Ukrainian Red Cross Volunteers in Kamianske, Donetsk Region, Undergo Safety Training
In Kamianske, with the support of the BraVo programme, 14 representatives from the Donetsk regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross participated in a Safer Access Framework (SAF) session.
The SAF aims to cultivate trust in aid workers, enhance their safety, and improve access to the communities in need.
During the event, participants engaged in practical exercises to learn about various elements of the Safer Access Framework, including:
- conducting risk assessments,
- discussing the importance of partner trust in the organisation,
- reviewing practical cases and planning further work.
Safety holds paramount importance in the work of the Ukrainian Red Cross. We make every effort to ensure that everyone possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to promote safe behaviour while providing assistance in emergencies.
