In Irpin, Volunteers Hold Information Sessions on Mine Risk for Children

An event for children from privileged categories was held in Irpin’s Central Park, attended by 190 children. Among them were children from families of the deceased, families facing difficult life circumstances, orphans, and children without parental care. 

Various educational and entertainment activities were set up for the kids. Volunteers of the Ukrainian Red Cross organised a mine awareness event, informing the children about explosive devices and what to do if they encounter them. Additionally, volunteers of the emergency response team demonstrated their vehicles and explained their work in emergency response situations.
