The event demonstrated the areas where communities are already developing their recovery efforts. The event also aimed at exploring ways to improve coordination, coherence, and complementarity between humanitarian assistance and community recovery.

The Forum was organised by the Ministry for Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine, the Government of Germany, the United Nations, and the Ukrainian Red Cross.
