The Ukrainian Red Cross Mobile Health Units Provide Medical Care in Bukovyna

Mobile health units of the Ukrainian Red Cross comprise a team of medical specialists who support the primary healthcare system in providing medical services to the population, particularly in remote areas of the region. 

They visit communities with limited access to medical care to provide medical services to vulnerable populations, internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, etc. The doctors examine patients and prescribe additional laboratory and instrumental tests. 

Additionally, they prioritise the health needs of young residents in hard-to-reach communities across the Chernivtsi region.
