First Aid Training Conducted for Psychologists of the SES Of Ukraine in the Donetsk Region

The personnel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are often the first to arrive at the scene of an emergency. Unforeseen situations can frequently occur at the epicentre of events, endangering the lives of both first responders and victims. Therefore, it is crucial that everyone involved in emergency response can provide first aid to themselves and others if necessary.

The Ukrainian Red Cross instructors conducted first aid training for psychologists of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Donetsk region, teaching them how to control various bleeding conditions, perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and assist with injuries, wounds, and other medical emergencies. This knowledge and these skills will not only aid them in their work but also prove valuable in everyday life.
