Since the Beginning of the Year, Zakarpattia Regional Branch Clinic of the Ukrainian Red Cross Has Provided Over 2,000 Medical Consultations
The Medical Services mini-clinic of the Zakarpattia regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross offers medical, psychological and pharmaceutical services to the residents of Uzhhorod. Since the beginning of the year, 2,163 people have visited the medical facility for consultation, and 18 people have sought psychosocial support.
The medical centre provides a range of services, including medical consultations, ECG and ultrasound examinations, and, if needed, referrals to specialists. Additionally, prescriptions are provided under the ‘Affordable Medicines’ programme or for further examinations. These free services are available to all. Furthermore, three family doctors are available for signing declarations.
The Mini-Clinic (‘Medical Services’) programme of the Ukrainian Red Cross is implemented with support from the Austrian Red Cross and funding provided by the Finnish Red Cross.
