Volunteer Instructors Continue to Educate Children on Mine Risks in the Sumy Region

Seventy-five more pupils were informed about the risks of mines and explosive devices in the Sumy region. Volunteer instructors from the Sumy regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross conducted four information sessions for students from two schools.

During these sessions, students were instructed on the appropriate actions to take upon encountering a suspicious item:

  • Stop
  • Remain calm
  • Do not touch
  • Call 101 or 102

Our instructors nationwide persist in educating the public about the dangers of mines, sharing knowledge that mitigates risks!
