In the Rivne Region, the Ukrainian Red Cross Volunteers Met the Fourth Evacuation Train from the Donetsk Region

This time, 24 individuals arrived in the region, including 5 children and 2 people with disabilities. Temporary shelter will be provided in the communities of the Dubno district. The region awaits two additional passengers from this train. During the journey, one woman went into labor and was urgently taken to the Kirovograd region, where she gave birth to a boy.

Volunteers and staff from the Rivne regional branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross, along with personnel from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and other NGOs, greeted the evacuation train. They assisted people in getting off the train, carrying their belongings, and provided first aid and psychological support as needed, along with government-issued payments.
