A total of four mobile shelters have been installed in Orikhiv and Huliaipole, located in Zaporizhzhia region
The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to provide mobile shelters to communities enduring constant shelling. These locations were chosen for their proximity to healthcare facilities, markets, bus stations, public transport, and administrative services.
These shelters are designed as anti-shrapnel civil defense structures, intended to protect people in crowded places from shrapnel injuries. Each structure covers an area of 10 m² and can accommodate approximately 10-15 people.
Recently, similar shelters were also installed in the city of Odesa and in the settlements within Kherson region.
