The Ukrainian Red Cross will pay out UAH 9,600 to about 6,000 Ukrainians who are registered under the Home based care program

The assistance will be disbursed in a lump sum of UAH 9,600 per person to low-income seniors with limited mobility who have been left alone during the war, require outside help, and are wards of the Home based care program by the Ukrainian Red Cross.
