A universal tent of Ukrainian Red Cross was set up in Odessa to help the city’s population

As a result of the war, thousands of people moved to Odessa in search of security and shelter. Odeska regional organization of Ukrainian Red Cross regularly receives humanitarian aid from the partners and provides it to the affected population. Due to the regular delivery of hundreds of tons of humanitarian aid, there was no place to store it. The installation of a universal tent in one of the districts of Odessa allows to perform the functions of a mobile warehouse and to unload, sort, place and load humanitarian aid here. If necessary, the tent can be used for temporary accommodation of internally displaced persons, deployment of a field hospital or other facilities to help the city’s population.

Assistance to the logistics center of Odeska regional organization of Ukrainian Red Cross Society was supported by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
