Support for Employment

Programme participants can access the following services:

  • Labour counselling: participants receive personalised guidance to develop a career pathway, helping them assess their skills, career goals, and employment opportunities while addressing specific barriers they may face.
  • Job-seeking skills development: participants learn techniques and strategies to navigate the labour market, including CV writing, interview preparation, networking, effective use of job platforms, and understanding labour market trends.
  • Professional training: depending on the specific case and career pathway, participants may receive support to access relevant professional training.
  • Psychosocial support: participants can seek mental health support services to help them cope with the stress and challenges of unemployment, improving their confidence and resilience during the job search process.
  • Digital and language skills: participants receive training to improve their digital skills, which are essential for many jobs today. Additionally, language training is provided to improve their Ukrainian, English or any other language required for a certain profession.
  • Job matching and employer connections: participants are connected with local employers to apply for jobs and internships, receive mentoring, and learn more about specific jobs of their interest.

Participants can sign up to attend an information session at their nearest REBOOT Service Point or via the Online Service. During the session, they will receive information about available social services, REBOOT support options, training opportunities, the most in-demand jobs locally, expected salaries, and more. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to book a one-on-one orientation session to map out their career path and explore personalised REBOOT support. They can also join the Telegram group to receive updates on job vacancies, workshops, job fairs, events, etc.

This assistance is provided to working-age individuals with little or no income who are motivated to transform their lives and start a new profession. This support is offered to internally displaced persons (IDPs) registered in the region, as well as local residents of the area who belong to one of the following groups:

  • Low-income families
  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Single parents
  • Large families
  • Elderly individuals
  • Demobilized military personnel
