Professional development support: The Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme’s online service is accepting applications for 2027
Would you like to learn a new profession and receive professional support on your path to employment? Submit an application to take part in the Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme’s online service in 2027.
Enrolment for online training in 2026 has closed. However, the registration form remains open for applications for the following year. The list of available training areas is preliminary and may be updated.
What support is available?
In addition to online vocational training, the programme offers:
- Individual career consultations
- Help with CV preparation
- Job-search skills training
- Support in developing self-organisation, confidence and initiative
- Group psychosocial support and individual support (on request)
- Webinars and meetings with partner companies that may become future employers
Who can apply?
Adults living in 12 regions of Ukraine who belong to the categories specified by the programme, including:
- Demobilised service members and their first-degree relatives
- First-degree relatives of service members who are prisoners of war, have been killed or are missing
- People who have been forced to relocate within Ukraine because of the war
- Families raising two or more children
- People belonging to other categories listed in the registration form

What are the participation requirements?
Applicants must provide the required documents and consent to the processing of their personal data. They must also be prepared to complete the full online course, which lasts two to four months.
In January–February 2027, a programme specialist will contact applicants to discuss the next steps. The start date of the training will be announced separately.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment in the training.
People who have already completed vocational training through the Reboot programme are not eligible to participate again.
Places are limited. Applications will be accepted until the training groups are formed.
