Applications for the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Veteran Business School and Social Entrepreneurship School are closing soon

Until 30 September, veterans, women veterans, and their family members from the Vinnytsia and Mykolaiv regions can apply and take part in the selection process.

Have you been planning to start your own business, want to restart or grow an existing one, or have an idea for a social enterprise? Submit your application before the deadline and take part in the selection process.

What can participants expect?

The training will help participants understand the fundamentals of entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, and sales, develop a realistic business model, and prepare a business plan. Participants will also work with mentors and experts and receive individual consultations.

The Veteran Business School offers participants the opportunity to receive a grant of up to €3,000 to start, restart, or develop their own business.

Participants in the Social Entrepreneurship School will develop their own social enterprise project and may receive up to €12,500 in grant funding to implement it.

Grant funding is awarded following successful completion of the training and selection of business projects. The schools are therefore first and foremost an opportunity to gain practical knowledge, receive mentoring support, and develop a project ready for implementation.
