Mykolaiv region: Ukrainian Red Cross team responds at sites hit by overnight attack

The Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in Mykolaiv region responded to the aftermath of the overnight Russian attack. Volunteers worked alongside emergency responders at sites where fires had broken out, checking the surrounding areas for people who may have been affected and providing first aid where needed.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, Russian forces attacked Mykolaiv region, damaging civilian and energy infrastructure. A supermarket and a warehouse were damaged, with a fire breaking out at the warehouse. The attack also damaged an energy infrastructure facility, windows in apartment buildings, an administrative building, garages and a vehicle.
