International Emergency Response Training Exercises

The Ukrainian Red Cross partnered with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine to conduct an international training exercise in the Rivne region, bringing together volunteer fire brigades from Ukraine and fire and rescue units from EU countries. The training was held with the support of the German Red Cross.

Over two days, more than 80 participants practised their emergency response skills. Volunteers from Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response teams also took part in the exercise. The Ukrainian Red Cross supported the participation of volunteer fire brigades from the Kushuhum and Krasnosilka communities.
