Maksym Dotsenko, President of the Ukrainian Red Cross, and Illya Kletskovskyy, Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross, met with Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration

The meeting focused on the humanitarian situation in the region, the evacuation of civilians, support for internally displaced people, and preparations for the autumn and winter period. Particular attention was given to winter assistance programmes for those who need it most.

The Ukrainian Red Cross continues to cooperate with national and local authorities to respond promptly to humanitarian challenges and ensure timely assistance for people affected by the war.
