Ukrainian Red Cross leadership meets with the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration to discuss winter preparedness

Maksym Dotsenko, President of the Ukrainian Red Cross, and Illya Kletskovskyy, Director General of the Ukrainian Red Cross, met with Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

The meeting focused on strengthening the preparedness of frontline communities for the upcoming autumn and winter period, as well as areas for further cooperation.

Key topics included setting up temporary tent camps, supporting projects to install solar power systems at hospitals in the Kharkiv region, and strengthening local public warning systems.
