Training Begins for Future Pastry Chefs in Odesa

Participants in the Ukrainian Red Cross Reboot programme have begun training in pastry making at the Odesa Vocational Education Centre of the State Employment Service.

The course includes 180 hours of theoretical and practical training. Participants will learn every stage of pastry production — from preparing doughs, creams, and fillings to baking and decorating cakes and pastries. They will also gain hands-on experience in using professional bakery equipment and organising an efficient workspace.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive certificates confirming the knowledge and practical skills they have acquired.
