Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team commander in the Zaporizhzhia region receives state award

Vitalii Tsybariev, Commander of the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region, has been awarded the Third Degree Distinction of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine.

The award recognises his many years of dedicated service, professionalism, leadership, and significant contribution to emergency response and humanitarian assistance.

At the same time, it is also a recognition of the work of the entire Ukrainian Red Cross team in the Zaporizhzhia region. Every day, alongside other emergency services, the team responds to the aftermath of Russian attacks, providing first aid, psychological first aid, and support to affected people.
