The Ukrainian Red Cross responded to the aftermath of another attack in Zaporizhzhia

Yesterday, the emergency response team of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Zaporizhzhia region worked alongside other emergency services at the site of the latest attack on the city.

Volunteers remained on standby to provide assistance as needed. They also delivered first aid and psychological first aid to people affected by the strikes.

According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, on the afternoon of 16 July, Russian forces carried out air strikes on Zaporizhzhia. Three people were killed and three others injured, including two children. The strikes damaged a two-storey private house, causing a fire. The blast wave also damaged neighbouring buildings, and fires broke out in open areas.
