Ukrainian Red Cross team responded at the sites of Russian attacks in Zaporizhzhia

Yesterday, volunteers from the Ukrainian Red Cross emergency response team in the Zaporizhzhia region worked throughout the day at the sites of Russian attacks, providing assistance to those affected alongside other emergency services.

At the attack sites, the volunteers provided first aid and psychological first aid to people injured in the strike and supported emergency responders during the response and recovery operations.

According to the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, four people were injured as a result of the morning attack on Zaporizhzhia.

During the evening attack, according to preliminary information from the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, one person was killed and four others sustained shrapnel injuries. All those affected are receiving the necessary assistance.

The Ukrainian Red Cross continues its emergency response and remains alongside people affected by the Russian attacks.
