Training, Employment and Entrepreneurship: Reboot Team Conducts Business Training for Veterans
Supporting veterans is one of the key focus areas of the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme. With this aim, the programme team in the Khmelnytskyi region took part in a two-day retreat for defenders, veterans and their families organised by the Veterans Policy Department of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration.
During the event, programme specialists delivered a training session on starting and developing micro-enterprises. Together with participants, they discussed not only business tools and opportunities, but also the factors that help people achieve their goals, including personal resilience, support networks and available assistance, as well as ways to build a consistent approach to achieving objectives.
Participants also took part in a series of practical exercises designed to help them assess their strengths and identify opportunities for professional development and economic independence.
