Social assistants of the Ukrainian Red Cross in the Chernihiv region have distributed kits including torches, power banks and bed linen to beneficiaries of the Home-Based Care programme

The Ukrainian Red Cross Home-Based Care programme supports older people living alone and people with disabilities who, due to their health condition, require assistance and care from others.

Programme staff provide ongoing care and daily practical support to help older people carry out household tasks.
