Humanitarian support for families: over 12,500 kits delivered to frontline regions

As part of its humanitarian assistance for people affected by the war, the Ukrainian Red Cross continues to provide support to those who need it most.

In the Dnipro, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson regions, 5,500 hygiene kits, 2,000 emergency kits, and 5,070 adult incontinence products were distributed.

The assistance was provided to internally displaced families, persons with disabilities, women, and households requiring additional humanitarian support.

The kits contain essential items for daily use and help ensure that basic needs are met in difficult living conditions.

The distribution was organised by the Ukrainian Red Cross under the Supporting Women’s Economic Empowerment in Ukraine programme, implemented in partnership with the Austrian Red Cross, with support from NACHBAR IN NOT and the Austrian Development Agency.
