The Ukrainian Red Cross and the Council on Internally Displaced Persons under the Kyiv City Military Administration have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation

The partnership aims to strengthen support for internally displaced persons, promote their adaptation and integration into communities in Kyiv, and develop joint humanitarian, social, educational, and awareness initiatives.

As part of the Memorandum, the parties will hold joint working meetings and consultations, exchange information, develop joint action plans, guidance materials, and informational resources, and implement other agreed initiatives aimed at supporting people forced to leave their homes because of the war.

For the Ukrainian Red Cross, supporting internally displaced persons is not only about helping people overcome the consequences of war, but also about creating opportunities for recovery, development, and active participation in community life.

By joining efforts with the IDP Council, the Ukrainian Red Cross aims to help identify effective solutions and strengthen support for those who need it most.
