CV Workshop becomes one of the most popular activities at the Ukrainian Red Cross stand during the Career Festival in Kyiv
Over four days, specialists from the Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme helped visitors create CVs, structure their professional experience, prepare for job interviews, and present themselves more confidently to employers. For many participants, this was not only an opportunity to update their CVs but also to reassess their career paths and discover new professional opportunities.
One of the most popular activities among visitors was the CV Workshop. Dozens of people — internally displaced persons, young people, veterans and their family members, as well as anyone seeking new employment or a career change — worked together with Reboot programme representatives to create or update their CVs directly during the event. Some participants registered for further involvement in the programme on the spot.
In addition to individual consultations, the programme team also established new contacts with representatives of the private sector and educational platforms to expand employment opportunities and access to free vocational training for participants.
The Ukrainian Red Cross’s Reboot programme currently covers 12 regions of Ukraine, helping people gain new skills, reskill, find employment, or start their own businesses.

The Spanish Red Cross is the main donor of the “Reboot: Expanding Employment Opportunities” programme in Ukraine. In Ternopil and Kirovohrad regions, the programme is supported by the Swiss Red Cross, while in Mykolaiv region it is supported by the Danish Red Cross.
